This might mean something different to everybody, but take the time to really unwind and shake off any work stress or tension you're holding. Take a long bath with lots of bubbles, some scented candles and just feel the stress slip away.

Buy that dress you've had your eye on for ages. Sometimes just because you want it is enough of a reason to get it.
3. Indulge in your favourite dessert
Self-care is about feeling good...and dessert makes you feel good! Why not spend some quality time with yourself in the kitchen and bake a cake or cookies to enjoy on Valentine's Day.
4. Journal your thoughts
You will be amazed how much journaling can help you to unwind. Get a hot drink and find a quiet place to sit alone with your thoughts. Get all your feelings out on paper.
5. Unplug from social media
Focus on YOU and don't worry about scrolling through and seeing how everyone else is spending Valentine's Day.
