Shipping

Please allow 1-3 days for us to pack your order, if it’s super urgent just add a comment and we try our best to accommodate your request.

Your order will be sent from Byron Bay, NSW, Australia. Please allow 3-5 extra days for delivery to WA, NT, and Northern QLD.

*We are unable to ship to PO boxes

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 with the code: "DAYDREAMER" (Australia only).

We use Australia Post for all International deliveries. MailPlus Express for all Australia deliveries;

Express shipping $10 usually takes 1-5 days
International shipping $22 usually takes 10 days
Pre-orders usually pre-order takes around 3 weeks (please refer to each product for the exact dates)

Returns

If you change your mind we are happy to issue a credit note within 7 days of receipt, as long as the item is unworn and all labels are still attached. Credit Notes are valid for 1 year and are processed 10 days after receiving the garment back at our studio. Please make sure you send us an email on returns@dreamergroup.netto let us know your tracking details as we cannot be held responsible for lost post.

Please remember to send us a pre-paid self address satchel so we can return your size.
All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Dreamers & Drifters.

Sale Items

Sale items are final, no returns are accepted; we can try to find a size exchange for sale items until stocks last (see Exchanges below), but we unfortunately cannot do credit notes on Sale items as they are priced as final sales.

Returns in person

Please note, we are unable to accept Online returns in person at our Head Office or Byron Bay store.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange size or colour within 7 days of receipt.

Please send us a pre-paid & pre-addressed satchel so we can send you your exchange as speedily as possible.

Faulty Goods

We check each and every garment before we ship it to you, but if one faulty item happens to slip past us we will happily exchange the item within 7 days. Please email us on returns@dreamergroup.net

Currency, Taxes and Duty

Please note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.
International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. Standard International is delivered through the post system and generally avoids these charges. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.

We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for one year from the date of issue during which we will have many beautiful collections arriving.

Refunds

As a small slow-fashion business who only produces a few units per style we unfortunately cannot issue refunds. If you change your mind we are happy to send you a credit voucher which are valid for 1 year.
